Julie, if the love of your family and friends and your courage and determination had been enough to save you, you'd have lived forever. You spread joy wherever you went. I remember our 'educational' trips in our lunch breaks to the cathedral and the toy museum calling at the joke shop en route ( where you could buy plastic flies by the ounce!) I always set a quiz when we got back to work. We then unleashed our joke shop purchases on our unsuspecting colleagues. How did we find time to do any work? I recall the dustbin lid sized chocolate gateau we shared (in the days before calories were invented!) Happy days! Thinking of Trevor, Gary, Luke, Carol and family at this sad time. May the many happy memories you shared bring you comfort. I'm sorry l can't join you as you say farewell but I will be with you in spirit x
